Connect your laptop or PC directly to Allen-Bradley SLC 500, 5/01, 5/02 and
5/03 Programmable Logic Controllers. This is an RS-232 to Data Highway / DH-485
converter, comparable to the converter provided by Allen-Bradley for this
application. Optical isolation protects against ground loops and surges to 2000.
LEDs monitor communication traffic. No power supply is needed, as the module
draws power from the PLC connection. Includes short 6 inch (16.2cm) cable for
PC/module connection and long 7 foot (2.1m) RJ45 cable for the module/PLC
connection.
