The USB to TTL Serial Adapter is a full featured, bus powered, USB device that allow any embedded controller to send and receive serial data via the USB bus. The USB to TTL Serial Adapter will allow for data rates of up to 3M Baud and features a full set of modem handshaking controls, When used with the (royalty-free) Virtual COM Port Drivers, the USB to TTL Serial Adapter can be interfaced to any serial terminal application as if it was a standard serial port. When combined with the (royalty-free) D2XX drivers, the USB to TTL Serial Adapter can become a powerful serial engine that can be used to interface to any custom applications where high speed serial communications to your embedded project is required.
