All orders placed on our website are subject by the purchaser to acceptance of our terms & conditions set out below. All goods ordered are subject to stock availability and acceptance of your order by us. Credit card orders will only be accepted providing the registered cardholders name and address is given and a land based phone number at that address. Mobile Phone numbers will not be accepted. Papyrus Computer Technologies Ltd. is under no obligation to fulfill an order and accepts no responsibility for loss caused should the item become out of stock or no longer available or the credit card information given does not check out using our Credit Card Checking facilities. If we are unable to fulfill your order for whatever reason, we will notify you by email or phone. In that case no payment will be taken.

PRICE:

All prices are based in $ US. All prices will be translated and charged in Israeli Shekels (NIS). Sales to Israeli residence are subject to current defined Israeli VAT. Israeli Shekel prices is shown at the Checkout when placing an order and is used for guidance only. Final Invoice shall be added to package. Goods sent outside of the Israel are not subject to VAT.

We accept Credit Card, Bank Transfer, personal check, company's check and cashier's check, C.O.D. upon company only. Credit Card sales are limited to the total value of $50.00, and cancellation is not acceptable.

SHIPPING & ADDITIONAL CHARGES:

Shipping charges are shown and added to your bill at the checkout. These charges are based upon the size, weight, and number of items and delivery method. Charges vary from $6.00+VAT for small postal items shipped within Israel and from $20.00 for items shipped abroad. Papyrus Computer Technologies Ltd. reserves the right to amend these charges should extra costs incur. You will however be notified by email or phone prior to any charge taken and goods being dispatched. Goods are dispatched by EMS Service and should be delivered within two to Three working days upon receipt of cleared funds, credit card authorization etc. Papyrus Computer Technologies Ltd. accepts no responsibility where the Courier or Postal Service is at fault for delayed delivery once the goods have been dispatched.

Unless otherwise stated in the product description, all goods are supplied with a one year warranty. Certain products contain their own manufacture warranty, which may vary between manufacturer. Where there is a manufacturers warranty set out in the product documentation then the warranty will remain with the manufacturer and therefore the purchaser will deal directly with the manufacturer or one of their authorized service centers. Papyrus Computer Technologies Ltd. accepts no responsibility for any losses incurred when dealing with the manufacturer in accordance with their warranty terms.

To report a fault you may email our Technical department by using this link or call Customers Services on telephone +972-9-7406794 or fax +972-9-7406194. You will then be issued with an RMA number. Please ensure that the RMA number is clearly marked on the outer box. Returned items should be sent together with a copy of your proof of purchase and a letter stating the exact fault of the item to our warehouse, at the address on your invoice. It is the customer’s responsibility that goods are returned in the condition they were sold in, as Papyrus Computer technologies Ltd. accepts no liability for goods damaged or lost in transit. We regret our Returns Department cannot accept any goods returned without a valid RMA. Only the fault described on the RMA will be repaired under warranty. Papyrus Computer technologies Ltd. accepts no liability for loss of data or any inconvenience caused while returned goods are being repaired. Goods will only be repaired or replaced at the discretion of Papyrus Computer technologies Ltd.. Please return all goods fully complete in their original packaging with the RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the packaging. We aim to repair goods within 5 to 10 days however some repairs may take up to 28 days. The warranty does not apply to items, which are subject to wear & tear e.g. Printer cartridges, batteries, etc. and other faults caused by accident, neglect and misuse e.g. broken hinges, screen catches & smashed screens or any broken plastic parts. Unless goods sold are supplied with a manufacturers international warranty any warranties supplied Papyrus Computer technologies Ltd. do not apply outside of Israel.
