The SLMA3010 Mini PCIe 2 Serial Ports card uses the PCIe interface standard for expansion bus, enabling this card to be installed on any embedded or micro system with Mini PCIe expansion capability. Most of the latest motherboards no longer come with legacy serial port. By using this card, end user/system suppliers can add serial ports to the computer for connecting their I/O devices.
